With a solid background in business management, customer service, accounting, human resources, and marketing, India Swango is the perfect person to ensure an efficiently run office and a happy team. India began her career in medical assisting before she found her calling in business administration and accounting. From onboarding and benefits administration to client invoices and year-end taxes, she does it all. To stay abreast of best practices and developments in the industry, Mrs. Swango is a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the International Association of Women (IAW).

As our Vice President of Business Operations and Accounting, India knows that it takes more than just business acumen to keep an office running smoothly. The mother of six children, India is full of heart, and it shows in everything she does. Her spirit for service often leads her to her place of worship where she can be found tending to the soup kitchen, delivering food to our local communities, and volunteering for numerous events in the area. In addition, India has a passion for acting, horseback riding, and anything that involves savoring the sweet summer air. When Mrs. Swango is not working, you can find her spending time with her children and husband of 26 years.
